Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition.

To start a return or request a refund, contact us at ignite@drinkionix.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
